Participate in our employer survey on AI workplace impacts
Are you using AI technologies in your workplace? Have you considered how AI affects workforce diversity and disabled employees? Take part in our AI-EMPOWERED Employer Survey to share your organization’s experience.
Who should participate and why it matters
We want to hear from:
HR Professionals
Diversity & Inclusion / Wellbeing Leads
Managers Involved in Tech Adoption
Employers With Experience Hiring Disabled People
We would like to hear about how digital technologies including AI are used within your organization and their impacts including for workforce diversity and disabled workers, e.g., those who have an impairment, chronic health concern, learning difficulty, mental health difficulties and/or who are neurodivergent.
Our survey collects data on policies and practices around employment of disabled people, the adoption of AI and emerging digital technologies in your organization (whatever your current stage of adoption), its impacts (now and future) on job opportunities, training and skills, and supported employment for disabled workers.
Your experiences are essential to capturing insights into application of digital technologies and AI across UK organizations.
What’s Involved?
Take part in a short online survey (with option for an interview with a member of our team) to share how your organization uses AI and supports disabled employees, whatever your current stage of AI adoption.
You can also register at the end of the survey to receive a free summary report and organizational toolkit developed from the research findings. Participants can also enter for the chance to win one of two £100 Amazon vouchers.
